Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

1. Services Refunds
Due to the nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours for an assessment. Adjustments or follow-up treatments may be provided at the clinic’s discretion.

2. Product Refunds

  • Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • If a product is found to be defective or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

3. Package & Membership Refunds

  • Treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person upon request.

  • If a package or membership is canceled due to medical reasons, a partial refund may be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.

  • Refunds for prepaid treatments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, deducting any completed session costs from the total package price.

4. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@everglowskinclinic.com with your proof of purchase and details of your request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
